The HERD is a special community of supporters who bring HorsePower’s mission to life!
HERD members commit to an annual membership that funds relational experiences for at-risk youth through our life-changing learning program. Your tax-deductible contribution of $300/per year empowers students in developing life-coping skills in an equine-facilitated ranch environment. Your gift transforms lives!
An annual HERD membership can provide:
- A scholarship for a 7-week session for one student
- Basic care of one horse for 30 days, or
- Background checks for 15 volunteers.
Choose from 3 online payment options:
- One annual installment of $300 (payment will renew each year until you choose to discontinue membership).*
- Quarterly installments of $75 (payment every 3 months; automatically renews until you choose to discontinue membership).
- Monthly installments of $25 (payment each month; automatically renews until you choose to discontinue membership).
*If you’d like to mail a check for an annual membership, please remit to HorsePower Experiential Learning Program, P.O. Box 15, Lone Jack, MO 64070. Add a note with your name, address, and email.
In appreciation, HERD members receive:
- A Welcome Gift (new members)
- Invitations to Herd exclusive events three times each year
- Opportunities to designate your $300 gift to Student Scholarships, Equine Care, or Unrestrictive
